Mouth filling palate opens with upfront notes of blackberry syrup, cassis, and maple syrup, with fall pie spices, sweet tobacco and vanilla cream. Made from Petite Sirah, grown in one of the hottest regions of Napa Valley, we aim to build on the bold, dark expressions of fruit. We leave a minimal amount of sweetness in the wine during fermentation, and fortify with neutral wine spirits, before aging in barrels. Ever evolving, this wine will age phenomenally over the next 10 to 20 years.
