The palate unfolds with soft and supple tannins, along with bright notes of raspberry, root beer spices, cherry cordial, with hints of tobacco box, cherry cola, and allspice. Tasting fantastic now, our Pinot Noir will reward over the next 5 to 8 years. Will pair superbly with mushroom risotto, and salmon dishes.
